I am writing this in my individual capacity and not on behalf of the organization. However certain things looks highly improbable. Every operator sends the usage data after every session through flash message and also through SMS. I am clueless why it was different for you.
The process is automated and doesnt need any human intervention. I request you to kindly get your handset data as well as sms setting checked.Regarding your complaint , if you dont get resolution with in a reasonable time you can write to Nodal officer whose contact details will be mentioned in the website
