Idea is the one of the bad mobile operators. Company in India idea has the many customers and they provide very poor facilities and unfortunately I was also using the idea services from 10 months. But in every month they add the unnecessary services charges that are completely unauthorized for me to liable and every month customer care says that sorry we will refund you than he refunds me after long discussion n wasting my time on discussion with customer care . I ve also some mail regarding refund. So finally idea impose the unnecessary charges n start the services without customer application. So its short way to making money from customer.
