I am using idea since 3 years . I uses idea’s Internet pack and call service both . Its network coverage is very good . Never faced any issue regarding signal . Now, the prices of data has reduced and idea is giving good offers to its customers . The data speed is also very fast . I downloaded a 1.5gb file within 15 minutes. Call quality is also very good . In our home most of the people use Idea mobile operator services. Regarding customer service, I never had an issue, so there are less experiences with customer care, as per experiences their customer service is also very good. The plans price is also good, before they were little expensive, as of now the prices are very good . My father uses their postpaid service since our buisness starting [ from 8 years ] . never had any issue. The charges are not very high .
