I am using Vodafone since 2012 when I purchased my first mobile. Recently in January I took a new Idea sim card and after using 6 month I am sharing this review. I am from West Bengal and here Idea network is really bad.
The network coverage of idea is not good enough. Even in full network the calling is not so good. Sometimes it beep when calling and then I have to recall. Sometimes opponent cant hear me.
Internet speed of 4G network is great, but 4G network coverage is very limited. 3G network speed is not sufficient, varies from 100KB~300KB per Second. Its coverage is also limited. And 2G speed? Most bakwaas network. I recently recharged with 147 and get 1GB data, but I can’t use it in 2G network. Even whatsapp can’t open in 2G network.
I contacted several times, they always assured me that the technical department solve the network problem as soon as possible. But no change.
Recharge amount is not reasonable at provided network. Other company gives more greater network with cheap offer. Very least number of offer.
Friend if you are from bengal then please don’t go for Idea.
