Service is very bad, I faced too many problems with customer care people, they kept my call on hold for more than 20 mins many time without answering my questions, at this point I would like to share my experience which I badly surprised, am on Idea 3G 499 plan, My bill will be generated from 11th to 11th, on 17th they charged me internet bill Rs.178 before 17th & after 17th it was free. I was badly surprised how it happened, while taking postpaid connection they charged me 500. They said that they will clear this 500 within 3 months bill, now they are saying it won’t. I feel Idea works like a bad politician.
