Hello guys, I used the idea 4G sim for 4 years and i’m not satisfied with anything about idea operator because the network of idea is ok as compair to other operators. It has range in any rural areas.
But the customer service is not good because whenever I got problem with any conditions like caller tunes gets activated itself and the balance gets cuts and when you ask them why this happened they said you activated it so it’s the fault of customer service of idea.
The charges and billing process of idea is very easy. The charges like datapack, call vouchers are ok with it’s rate. Some rates are so cheap but some are worst.
