This is one of bad network provider which I had ever experience. the network coverage is very bad and sometimes its shows roaming. in addition the rates of thought charges more for the additionally high when contrasted with different administrator. thought charges more for the same information pack which is accessible at less expensive rates at different administrator.
One day they duducted Rs 50 from my main balance claiming that I had activated a service but I have not. they just loot their customers. even talk I service centre but they were harsh and rude and were saying that is was my fault and nothing can be happened. moreover the rates of ideo are also very high as compared to other operaters. ideo cahrge more for the same data pack which is available at cheaper rates at other operaters. the speed of 3G is very slow even a 2G pack of other operater s can beat this speed very easily. so my experience says that it not useful at rural areas. I would recommend to idea to improve their services or they will lose their customers.
