I AM A IDEA CUSTOMER SINCE 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE FACED LOTS OF PROBLEM.
IDEA GIVES THE MOST POOR SERVICE AMONGST ALL SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC GOVERNMENT CUSTOMER CARE BETTER THEN IDEA THEIR SENIORS SHOUT ON THE CUSTOMER AND THEIR SENIORS FIGHT WITH THEIR JUNIORS IN CONFERENCE KEEPING ME ON CALL.
THERE IS NO PROPER CO ORDINATION I HAVE IDEA NET SETTER 3G BUT I DON’T GET DAILY MESSAGE OF MY USAGE AND I DON’T GET POP UPS FOR USAGE AND THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHECK MY NET USAGE (LIKE SENDING MESSAGE TO A NO FROM NET SETTER SO THAT I CAN GET MY USAGE)
THEY SAY YOU NEED TO DIAL A NO FROM IDEA PHONE AND THEY WILL TELL YOU USAGE AND I DON’T USE IDEA SERVICE IN MY PHONE SO THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION TO CHECK MY USAGE AND IF I CALL CUSTOMER CARE SO THEY SAY IN UNLIMITED PLAN. THERE IS NO WAY WE COULD TELL YOU YOUR USAGE AND THEY HAVE THEIR DIFFERENT RULES FOR BILL CYCLE.
THEIR EVERY CUSTOMER CARE SAYS DIFFERENT THINGS AND THEY FOOL THEIR CUSTOMER BY INCREASING THE DATA VOLUME AND SAY YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR MONTHLY PLAN THEY DON’T GIVE PROPER BILL.
THEY DON’T MENTION THE AMOUNT ON DATA USED IN THE MONTH IDEA HELP DESK PEOPLE SAY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WE CANT HELP YOU. THERE IS NO SOLUTION FOR CUSTOMER PROBLEM.
SINCE 2 MONTHS IDEA ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND THEY CLAIM THAT THERE IS NO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER WHO CAN GIVE THE BEST SERVICE LIKE IDEA AND THEY SAY NO SERVICE PROVIDER HAS THE SYSTEM TO CHECK THE DATA VOLUME LIMIT OF UNLIMITED DATA PLAN.
IT IS MY PERSONAL REQUEST THAT DON’T USE IDEA OR GO FOR IDEA IF YOU GO FOR IDEA YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT A BIG MISTAKE YOU HAVE DONE.
