Never Go with Idea Cellular Network. I have been using Idea mobile number for two years. From last one year I never get any problem with this number but from last one month these people are continuously deducting my balance. I got the below messages from Idea Customer care:
“Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading New Games from Handygo.
You have been charged Rs. 50
Your balance is Rs. 154.69 “
This software is downloaded without my permission. Anyways if this download has done on my mobile then the downloaded software should be visible on my phone. But there is no such type of software downloaded on my mobile for which Idea Cellular has deducted my balance.
I have tried Idea Customer Care many times but Customer Care executive replied that he can’t refund my money.
I suggest all of you “Never Go with Idea Cellular” they are cheaters.
