Hello friends I am sharing my review on my current mobile service that is Idea mobile operators or Idea telecom services . I am not satisfied with Idea services because they are towers are not located at my current position or a location that’s why I am not satisfied with idea. I have a problem to use the daily Data Services and calling. there 4g network in Agra or not launched properly even their customers care services also tell me that there network are not fully approached Agra .
The internet packs of schemes are not good as much as compared to jio and Airtel they are not provide any type of customer services or update services I am having a problem in my Idea network since I bought my sim and recharge a plan of 499 rupees where I get 91 days validity with 1GB data daily but I am not able to use data .
Therefore I call Idea customer care services and tell about my problem from which software that tell me that they are not any power off for the nearby my house so before I need to use instant of 4g to use 3g that is very bad
Therefore I am recommend you to not use idea in Agra on nearest city you may face many type of problem
