Idea is the best opedator which is providing good network. It’s network is available almost eveywhere and providing good network to the customers. But its data plan which is very costly other than some network and it is problem. Calling is also not cheap and it creates problem to the customers. Idea’s customer service is very good for the customers. Charging and billing is easy. Something is wrong that is data speed because it’s data speed is not very good in every area. It works slowly. It does not works very well in villages area like mukundpur. Network can be better and needs cheap data and calling and needs to improve network eerywhere.
