I am using services of Birla AT & T for last 4 years. But now a days I am not happy at all with their services. Staff of the Birla AT & T always speaks a lie as per my own experience many times. Many times bills they make are faulty. I heard one bad thing about them: suppose in any particular month if they have some losses they just do one thing - i.e. they increase the talktime say about a minute or so in each bill of the subscribers. We never keep account of our talk time and one minute is very small thing for any subscriber. They always talk to you as if they are doing some favour for you. I will not at all recommend Birla AT & T or any multinational company, because they are just behind profits, money, etc. They dont even have enough telephone lines. If you try to make call from your mobile between 6 p.m. & 7 p.m. you always hear a recorded message that there is a national conjuction. This thing will never happen with BSNL.
