Idea in Kerala is activating their accounts (new connection 9526084836) without any verification from some anonymous person has given me as a ref for their connection.
Without even clarifying the referee, they have activated the connection. I called to customer care(9847112345[Truly hopeless]) to intimate this. They(a representative called ANU) were so adamant, and told that we got to call to the distributor. How can I know the distributor if I don’t know the connection holder itself.
These guys are creating threat to our nation’s security. I cannot accept policy. Anyone can give any number as reference and take sim cards. This is a nation wide security threat. We got to react on this.
