here I am trying to give you a brief review about the service provider idea. I have been using this service provider about 5 or 6 years
Idea is the one of the popular service provider in India. Its network cover almost all the place. it has good network here in my native place, Kerala. I visited almost all district in Kerala during the past five years and I never felt a network problem while calling. This shows, their strong network
When coming to customer service, their customer is pretty good. They will quickly respond to our queries and give suitable solution which force me to stay in this network. They also call us to inform about new offers and new recharge plans. They do this to provide the customer a good knowledge about recharge plans, unfortunately most of the customers including me consider this service as a nuisance.
When you thinking about charges and billing, it is the thing that I can’t tolerate with idea they charges more for data and calling compared to some other service network. I have two SIM which belongs to two different networks, and I feel that idea consumes more data, Suppose I recharge 1 GB data in my both SIMs when I started browsing I can feel that the data in Idea SIM reduces quickly than the other. This is worst thing I suffered from Idea network
If you want a good coverage you can go for Idea, for good customer service also we can select, but if you worry about money then I never suggest you this service provider. So the selection of Idea as a service provider is depend on you and that’s why the answer is "YOU"
