I’m using Idea mobile number since from last 11 years.
Idea is big network and it’s network covers almost all over India. It is one of the leading network provider in India. But customer service is very poor.
Nobody is take a responsible for customer issues. So many times I complained for network issues. Nobody is resolved it. Finally I compromised myself coz of fancy number using..I fed up with this service. Finally I decided to mobile portability to another network.
