Recently 1 month ago I have ported to IDEA POSTPAID. I am facing lot of problems like huge consumption of data, heavy billing, calls getting disconnected in between, unable to make calls sometimes.
When I have raised a complaint, the executive told me that there is a problem with sim. If there is a problem with sim, then why the hell did IDEA circulated such defective sim. I am facing pain to locate the service centre and get it checked. Why should I take all the pain when it is their fault.
Also the customer service is ridiculous and irritating.They never provide a solution toany problem. But they bother to make calls and inquire about their bills.
IDEA is a damn irritating network I have ever seen. Never choose IDEA network.
