I am also user of idea. There are many good feature with some disadvantages which are as follows.
1- awesome 3g services.
2- best option for update your laptop, mobile, antivirus etc. Night pack which offer you lot of data to use it.( its validity is only one night)
3- it give you good offer for calling same network .
4- messge pack is also better.
5- network coverage is also good. In rear cases I got the problem. Other wise I have no problem.
Some disadvantage is that
1- unfair deduction without any reson
