Hello! I am radhika thakkar. In today’s technological life no persons are their in the world that do not use mobile phones. And it’s not a bad choice, mobile phones are really usable to connect with all. But the connectivity is depends on Mobile operator, The good mobile operator is really required for good connection and better interference with other people.
I had uses idea operator since 2 years, But now I am really bored with it. It doen’t provide any facilities for their customers. The Network is also not good as other. also the idea mobile operator is really costly. As compered with other mobile operator the idea mobile operator don’t provide any lower range plans for calling and internet skims for users.
The internet rates are so high of idea mobile operators and as per the cost they don’t provide a speed. Also there are many network issues in this mobile operator.
Also, if I am telling about the customer services of idea mobile operator then it is really bad. I am telling my personal bad experience about this operator. Before 4 months I had using the idea mobile operator and I have recharged on my card of 357rs skim and this skim provides 1GB internet per day, unlimited local/ std calls for 28 days.
This skim is only for those peoples who have a 4G mobile phone and I didn’t know about this condition and I have recharged this skim on my 3G phone. After the recharged had been done I got the free calling facility but I am not able to use internet pack. I had call on idea customer service and they give me not a proper answer then I am goes to the idea customer care. In the care the lots of the peoples are their, I am waiting for 2 hours for my turn and when my turn comes to register my complaints that the employee tell me it’s your fault you must know about ur plans. I had argued with him but they didn’t listen my argue and take other customer.
I am really disappointed with their services and that’s why I had converted my mobile operator idea to airtel. so friends, my intention is only give you a true knowledge about this card so you don’t get trapped.
