No doubt that IDEA has one of the biggest network in India, I had worked for Idea but really the truth is are u really satisfied whenever one has issues with idea network, has anyone visited to IDEA gallery I bet no one will give a positive feedback for the staff, every Idea gallery I have visited till now the staff is like they are the owner of Idea they speak like lena he to le nai toh jaa arey what the hell, if someone has come for some issues they speak like the person has been in jail and he is like requesting them to bail him. Recently I visited to get a new sim as my sister lost her phone, I old man was standing to change the sim, the guy at the gallery asked the old man do u want a pay the bill too as he was a postpaid cjstomer, the old man asked the bill amount which was rs. 350, after doing paying the guy asked the old man to give 380 rupees the old man argued why should he pay 30 rupees extra the guy said for the sim, the old man said why should I pay for the sim, but the guy argued, I interfered as I had worked for idea I knew first 2 times there is no cost for a new sim, I askes the guy why are u asking money for sim when company itself gives it for free of cost they guy argued and said tujhe nai pata tu side me reh tere se paise nahi manga, it was not tolerated I too spoke to him and made a complaint on him by calling the customer care I don’t know now did something happened or not but we did not gave him the money for the sim. Really worst experience from Ide gallery staff. Anyone who has been suffered as same kindly comment and let people know about this. THANKS
