I was chosen Idea, because of I like fancy numbers......I got very good fancy number in this network. Beginning, they provide very good service, after taking postpaid connection.. my problems were started.
Network is well and good in my residence and outside but When I enter into my office.....no network!..... no calls are coming and no call yet I made.
Same was inform to Idea customer care, they said we are laying new tower in your area, soon it will come & settled your issue. Till date, no tower had laid.
Other problem, I was facing with billing address, they have put name, city and pin in address and sending the bill. How it comes to me? (without putting door no & street no).
Again, same was told to customer care, but they ask for written request. After giving written request, till date they won’t changed my billing address.
I preferred hard copy of bill for claiming purpose. Due to this craze of fancy number, I gave my number to office, friends and register in all my online services. I won’t get & make calls in office and also not using online services due to no network.
After facing problems for 6 months, I have changed my Idea network to ideal network. Since MNP won’t allow new postpaid subscribers before 6 months.
