I took an Idea SIM as my secondary SIM and since then my life start getting into measurable mode. I took Idea for low call rates purpose, but unfortunately most of the I had to use the other sim only. Because inside my house I did not get Idea Network. Sometime if I my call get connected also(specially on my lucky days); then also that call would definitely get dropped in between.
Customer Service: OMG what a joke, I really do not know why those guys are there. And do not even dare to speak with them in English. They do not even know how to communicate in there native language which could be Bengali or Hindi or anything else. More precisely they do not know how to behave and how to talk.
Network: Poor
Coverage: Poor
Service: Bad.
Customer Care: Horrible
