I am using idea cellular service since 6 months. I would like to summarize my experience below:
1) Poor network coverage in Delhi esp. inside the house I don?t get the coverage.
2) Most of the times I get the message ’’Network Busy’’. This reminds me of the ad line ’’Delhi’s only congestion free network’’. They are giving congestion free with each connection.
3) Poor customer care service. Have to wait for at least 10 min before we speak to a person.
4) Very few payments options. I have to go about 5-10 km to pay the bill. There is no drop box and tie ups so that bill payment can be done.
5) Poorer voice quality and frequent drops in the line.
6) Poor roaming coverage.
7) Problem in billing.
I would like to advise everybody NOT TO GO FOR IDEA CELLULAR service in DELHI.
