5 year back I took an Idea postpaid connection(9555613075) from local dealer of Noida. My postpaid plan was 149(Super Value). I used the Idea postpaid services for one year. In this one year I never got a complaint except they increased the postpaid plan rate from 149 to 175. Ok I accepted the truth.
But after a month they sent me a bill of around INR. 3785. I was socked to see the amount. While my monthly consumption was 250 maximum.
When I call customer care they replied me Sir "You used our services of cost 3785"
I asked them to explain in details & breakups.
They told me You spent internet. But I told them the whole story when I went in roaming(Kanpur, UP East). and use internet only for 5 minutes on my mobile. you can check my internet usage history that was clearly showing total usage: 5 minutes in roaming. But they people was not agree to listen to me.
Finally I decided to visit Idea corporate office located in Noida sector-63. I reached this idea office around 4 PM. After waiting 45 minutes they called me and listen me. I explained them the whole story and request them to correct my bill. They checked my account and told me "Sir bill to aapko dena padega". Then I decided to leave Idea services immediately.
I again request them to leave Idea postpaid they replied "First pay your full bill 3785 only then we take your request for disconnection.
At last I paid them full bill and they disconnect my idea services.
For this disconnection I visited their idea office 3 times in a month.
I highly dissatisfied with Idea postpaid services.
