My colleague had received a call from Mr Manish(9825129884) on May 11th, inquiring about my payment of bill.
I had immediately called him and he replied saying that had all the right to call anyone to get the payment. He refused to accept his mistake and he also refused to tell me how he got my colleague’s number.
On 11th itself I sent a snapshot of the call to the customer care. From that day onwards I’ve been facing extreme humiliation in my office.
In compensation, I expected him to be punished and made to pay for my bill. But I got no response from the customer care regarding this. Ms Krishna just said that we can assure that this won’t happen again but she also that she cannot take this matter as a complaint. I am going through a lot of hardship because of that one call. And as a customer for over 15 years, I expect compensation for the blunder that your representative made. Please revert as soon as possible.
