Hello freinds. I am shoeb from Pune. I am not writing this review to complain about any bad customer service or any cheating done by idea cellular Ltd. But just to let every one know how bad days today we idea customers are facing. I will Straight away share with you the basic points that is missing in Idea
1) Freinds and family service.
There is no F&F in idea so if your wife, fiance or girlfreind has idea no. then you buying an idea sim is not going to help at all and you are going to face a realy bad time as even if you get yourself idea sim you will find out that you cannot call in less than 0.50 ps per min even after daily deduction of 2 rs to any idea no and other mobile 0.60 ps.
Idea should atlest have some plan to reduce the calling charge atleast to 0.30 paise to local idea numbers or even one number "ATLEAST"
2) SMS pack you need to pay 53 Rs to get only 200 msgs.
3) Network you get good enough under the sky Once you are in basement of the building in parking, in lift it just vanishes, if you are talking when you are in a car at a speed of 50 or above the call gets disconected many times.
If IDEA cannot provide means to call other Idea customers atleast with reduced call rates then it cannot afford it. and soon it’s going to die.
It comes up with new offers when it launches but then after few months these Idea people show us their cunning motive to loot the customers.
I cannot wait for No. portability and I have thrown my idea golden No. and got my self a **Aircel sim with lifetime validity at call rates min as 0.30 ps to all local mobiles without any deduction.
Bye bye IDEA. but I will still remember the days you used to give us 500 sms in around some 30+ Rs. and I used to call Idea no.’s at 0.30 ps with some recharge.
