Im a Postpaid customer and My outgoing Calls were barred twice just because I Paid my Bills BEFORE time. First time in March and for the second time in June.
Im a very irate and frustrated customer of yours. Im a Postpaid customer who pays his bills on time. Today I realized that my Outgoing calls were barred AGAIN stating I have not paid my bills. When this first happened to me couple of months back, I contacted your CS and terribly failed to get a resolution. I called your customer care numbers 9844098440 and 9844012345 from 8 different telephones and all these tries got me connected to your Prepaid department.
I literally begged your Prepaid agents and their Supervisor named Sumitra to transfer my call to the postpaid department. 6 Times your CS agents disconnected the calls on me and others kept on denying my request. I still have no idea as to why my outgoing calls are Barred and I would request you please look into this issue on priority.
Also, please look into the various issues that Im facing with IDEA cellular.
1) There is no facility to transfer calls within their CS departments, which is False, misguiding, pathetic and frustrating.
2) Very rude and uncivilized CS agents.
3) Misguiding IVR options
4) 3g services goes on an off every now and then irrespective of the Network availability.
5) 3g lacks speed and sometimes even change automatically to Roaming Mode even though Im inside my home network.
6) Supervisors are neither helpful nor knowledgeable on the process.
This is the second time Idea is taking my case. Just because I pay my bills on time and because I stick to your rules doesnt mean you can take me for Granted. Last time when this issue happened I had to go to your Marathahalli outlet to get it resolved. Then I had to reason with your outlet Manager on why I need to get my calls activated again. That Moron didnt believe me util I opened my laptop and showed him my credit card statement and the bill payment confirmation that I received from Idea the very next day.
Ive already posted my thoughts about IDEA on Mouthshut, Facebook and Twitter. This is just to get myself relieved of my frustration.
