I was using aircel sim and because of aircel don’t having 3g service in mumbai(3years back)I searched on internet and 2-3 of my friends suggested me to use idea network as it is very good and reliable and plus they were giving 3g.
So I did portability and switched to idea network, it was a real task for me because I have to do documents verification, submission and all.
After waiting for a week finally I was in idea but that was my bad idea that I switched to idea.
After portability the next day I recharged for 3g and 1 day I have used 3g and they declared due to some reason we are not going to provide 3g now and all my money was gone.
and talking about the 2g network, it is like you don’t have any g.I mean it is very slow and many times network were also going.
There were no predictability of network, internet works only in night times.
Many times while talking on phone, suddenly network will go and phone will be disconnected. Infect voice clarity was also poor.
Then I realized that aircel was better than idea network.
I waited for 3months and port back to airtel because I don’t want to change my number.
I would never recommend this idea network to anyone.
