The plans idea is to loot innocent people.
They do research on users outgoing and incoming calls then they senda msg to active a plan and fool / loot people
I am idea coustomer for more than 8yrs
My max calls are for 10 to 20sec. They assisted the record and sent me a msg plan of Rs 18/- which said for 1min they will charge 30ps .
After tht I assisted tht I m paying extra. I requested them to deactivate it
Idea is saying you cannot deactivate it before 180 days. because you have activated it. So when I have activated it why can’t I deactivate it?
Idea people do complete assiments of your call records and send fooling plans and trap people into it.
