Idea seems to have had enough of customer satisfaction. Because customers like me are having some really hard time stating ourselves as satisfied anymore.
There was a time when Idea was leading the market, riding his high horse of lower rates & better connectivity. But now those were the past days. Because now Idea has started rising it’s call rates & data rates like anything. The off pack data charges are as high as 10p/ 4KB!
Also the connectivity is going forgiven now. The place where I live doesn’t get any connectivity from Idea. I went for 1 1 month 3G data pack & had to use the whole pack running my phone on the cheap 2G signals. Also when I tried complaining about it, the customer care executives didn’t have any satisfactory response.
If this keeps going further like this, then Idea is all set to get a major hit on it’s customer base.
