I wrote an email to IDEA complaining about the SMS charges they started charging me; earlier it was 50p. I wrote them because I was unable to reach their voice support (DELHI/NCR).
They didn’t acknowledge my email and have failed to provide me any answer / solution in 3 days. I also have an Airtel connection, whenever I write them they acknowledge immediately and get back to me within a day.
SMS charges is not a big issue but IDEA promoting their brand by doing misleading / falsifying ads (telling viewers that they have one of best customer service is a PURE LIE).
Lately I have started to seeing brands claiming on TV that they are INDIA number 1 by some standards; I want to ask if there is any govt. body or media association checking on these BRANDS MAKING FALSE CLAIMS. This S88KS!
IDEA, I want to retain my number and believe me when NUMBER PORTABILITY is operational I am going to MOVE away from YOU. ..LIARS.
