Idea is one the early networks which are considered reliable. Idea gives great signal at every place. I never faced any problems regarding call, messaging or Internet. But now time has changed, as everyone need to improve with technology. With competitors like Jio, vodafone, airtel etc. Idea is facing its downpour. Idea’s plan seems to b quite expensive and not value for money. Instead, people prefer to port their sim to other network. If Idea provides great offers to people like the ones provided by other conpetitors, they can be the best network all over nation. Also the customer service should be improved. Whenever I use to call them, their was no response. Use to connect for so long to talk. Idea should take care upon their customer care service as it is a major factor determining the capability of a company. But still I consider Idea still a good network provider.
