I am using idea number since 6 years and last days I called atleast 10 times to lodge a complaint regarding problem in incoming calls, I called idea customer care and SmS also on 12345 so many times that I am not able to receive incoming call, just a light blink on my phone that means somebody is calling me, but I am not able to receive the call and after 10 minutes I used to get a sms that you have a missed call.
