I was using idea since 2014. They claim to provide best network all over India but they are liars. I was so frustrated from their service that I stopped using it for about 6 months. It was in my mobile just for incoming. Every time you try to call someone they will promote their services during call. They don’t understand the importance of that call. I faced similar situation. Also their plans are very costly especially internet pack. They take lot of money for the pack but the speed was very slow( I was using 3G pack but I was getting a speed of 2G) .
