friends I am using idea since 1 year and in call quality I have nt received any problem but I have faced 2- 3 problems today I am sharing my real experience with you.
Actually, I am using company paid sim it means my number is included in group. And I want to activate internet plans and dialer tones. so for that process I have to send mail on idea mail or to have send documents to idea office. so I have d sended mail but nothing happened when I called customer care then also nothing response was there, so if I am ready to give many then why can I dont have VAS services but no, there was not good response result received. I have tried this 4-5 times. but nothing happend.
so friends I have shares my true experience.
