Friends never ever buy an idea connection even if you have to live without a mobile connection for the rest of your life. This company is like a leech which will suck your blood for ever.
You cannot get it disconnected, they will keep sending you bills and will keep charging you, you will also get threats from all sorts of touts out there.
You cannot reach the call centre even if you try 1001 times. They will say all lines are busy and will hang up on your face. Also if you get lucky and get connected the stupid executive will disconnect the phone and you will have to restart the battle again.
