Im from North gujarat , india.
And I’m using idea operator since 3-4 years.
And I’m going to review on idea .
First I will review on its Network Coverage.the network provided by idea is good. But calling Experience is very bad.its not about my area only.its about all north gujarati’s.its same problem of our all.
In case of Internet service.its quite good.its providing very high speed but. In my area. In my house.70% people are purchasing idea for calling. Not for surfing or downloading.so they are gonna be fool.because cany hear voice of caller or reciever.so bad calling experince
I will rate Customer service of idea to 5/10 . Because whenever I want to contact customer care. The voice of pre-recorded women is irritating soo much. He is not transferring our call to customer care easily.so bad experince at this stage also.
Call rate was not gone down untill jio comes in.they decreased call rates just because of public fallen love with jio.if jio is not comes in then idea will gonna make us fool day by day by their bad offers.
Charges of internet pack is too much higher.which is not affordable for common man.
I had not experinced billing in idea.and I dont want to.because I just hate idea.
Nowdays I’m hearing that vodafone and idea will merge and making biggest mobile operator .but believe me. they will not make a place in public heart, if they will not decrease their service plans.
Very bad experince with idea.
