Idea use to be leading telecom operator few years back. Now it just seems to have lost its way. Reception is so pathetic that you get frustrated while calling people. Rate of call drops so very high.
Internet speed for both 2G and 3G are horrible. Net connections drop very frequently. Images take year to download. Video chats and conferences are almost impossible.
Sound clarity is abysmal. Half the times go saying Hello.
