Idea network is just good at advertising and marketing and nothing else. I ported my number from Idea prepaid to Airtel post due to wrong tariff charges deducted from my account on regualar basis when on roaming and you cannot change or buy other sim on roaming and I was exploited by this network.
They have the worst customer care service and no direct way to reach the customer care while on roaming. They keep asking you to dial mutiple key options and finally you will be able to speak to customer care and explain with lots of effort about the tariff and they will respond saying they will look into the matter and revert after 48 hrs and you will forced to pay the higher tariff for 48 hrs and later nothing happens even after 5 days. I have written emails to pay the amount back but no response. Finally I understood that idea will destroy your life. I am out of it and very happy now.
