I am using Idea prepaid since last 7 months in Noida-Delhi area. I was attracted towards idea coz of its 2 way roaming in UP (West), night calling and full talk time.
Since Idea was relatively new in comparison of AirTel and Hutch I thought they are increasing customers by these schemes and will improve connectivity at some time later on but it never happened. Whenever I cross Noida-Delhi border signal is at its least. Whenever you move to basement its same problem again. Between Noida and Greater Noida again signal goes down.
Idea’s customer care number is hardly accessble easily. Whenever you call customer care u listen - they are serving other customers be in 12 midnight or 6 in morning. Out of 25 try you connect to Customer care people once. Now when Idea stopped night calling also and full talktime scheme seems to disappear, believe me, Idea customer are going to be in idea of another service like me....
