IDEA is trapping the consumers with false commitment so none should count on them. I’ll give details regarding what they did with me
I took a HERO HONDA CORPORATE IDEA PLAN last month. As per HERO HONDA CORPORATE plan & as committed by IDEA executive (Mr. Ajay Pandey) my CUG (Closed User Group) call should be free. Now when I saw my first bill these were being charged.
After too many complaints and follow up now I am being told that as per NEW TRAI regulation these can’t be free.
If this information would have been told to me before taking the plan I would have gone for other operator. (Reliance or Indicom)
Now I am trapped by Idea as I have already paid my advance rental for TWO YEARS i.e 1500 & Rs.2000 as my interim payment. (I had to made Interim payment as my usage was exceeding credit limit & I was told that CUG usage is charged as normal usage in Unbilled amount and once the bill is generated these will be compensated as per my plan)
After the bill was generated to my surprise these were not compensated.
Now they are now neither refunding me my deposit nor accepting their fault.
This is nothing but cheating the customer with fake commitment
So I would request all BEWARE of IDEA CELLULAR
