I got a call from 9850963934 at 15.14. The lady said she is from IDEA customer service and my number was given to Idea as an alternate number from some Balaram who is a customer of Idea and has not paid his bills. who I have no Idea about.
I informed her I do not know the person and asked her to give some information if it is some one from my locality who I do not know the name of. The lady started getting rude on the phone and abusive and started to say that I do not need to lie and sound indifferent of the person, "we know that you know him" and that I should inform him to pay the due and she slammed the phone down.
Idea team should check the number for crank calls. I checked the number online and it is of Idea.
If the lady was from Idea customer care." God bless Idea’s future".
I do not have Idea connection. Yipee!.
I have no IDEA why the customer CARE have no IDEA how to speak on a phone and have no phone etiquette.
