Hey, I’m Himanshu and I was recently ported my Number in Idea before 3 month and I am not happy with there service.
In idea there is not have unlimited pack in our budget. In there unlimited packs they only gives calling unlimited but data is limited. and there internet service also not runnig it’s running so slowly and they have not enabled 4G service but they are advertising that they have enbled 4G but there I can’t able to enable it in my phone.
And another bad experience is that they are cheat us. Recently they were send me a message that ( Dial 121847 and get all Loc+ STD calls 25p for 90days) but when I was dialled this number so they said that the 25p call rates started for 90days but when I called someone so they were charged me there normal call rate. That’s why I don’t like there service.
