I’m using Idea no. since 2 years. The plans which are introducing by them are very good. But the big and the main problem is that network coverage. If you are going to any remote location, then your phone will become a game box. And one more main problem is bad network.
If we are chitchatting with any body in the mobile, suddenly the line had disconnected and shows the message that Error in network connection.
One more main problem is the roaming charges. I had gone to another state on my job purpose. At that time, on some issues I called the customer care center 2 to 3 times.
After completion of conversation, I viewed the balance. They had levied roaming charges. I had stunned that they had also levied the call charges and roaming charges for which the call had done to AP customer care from other state. After I asked the customer care person about the charges.
Then he simply says that the charges are levied on you because you had not done the call from the mother state.
My sincere advice to readers is that you will take this connection only in you are living in the 1 KM surroundings of the Idea tower. Then only you can catch the signals. Otherwise they can play with you.
