Worst customer service executive who can not even speak English properly. They don;t even respond to emails. Not sure why I ported to idea, Finally, thank god have completed 3 months with them so that I can port to new operator now.
Their executive even disconnects the call in between and do not even call back. for bills and offers they keep calling you, and when you say "i dont understand kannada" they will disconnect immediately with out any apologies. from last 10 years, I have never paid mobile bill of more then 400 rs, and my 3 rd month idea bill is crossing 2000 rs. this is some kind of joke.
