I am from Orissa, using IDEA service more than 2 years. From beginning everything was good but day by day their service..... Specially recharge vouchers they even don’t inform to retailers when their plan will change but every week they change their plans. Yesterday I recharge a SMS pack of 33/- and I got msg that RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL AND I have 350 local/nat. msgs but I should get 450 msgs as per their plan. When I called to customer care executive they told no information about 33/- SmS pck.
Really now I want to change IDEA service. Go to Hell.. Kya IDEA Sir ji customers ko G...marne ka :(
