I am receiving SMS by IZ-!dea without any reason. My data usage is continuous from last 1 year. My IC/OG voice calls are also continuous.
I complainted them via e-mail & also via their website. But, they didn’t replied.
1) 1:25PM 16 MAR
Dear Customer, your connection will be deactivated if there is no usage i.e. no IC/OG voice/video call, outgoing SMS or Data usage for a priod of 90 days.
2)11:21AM 17 MAR
Dear Customer, your connetion will be disconnected if there is no usage for 90 days period.you can reactivate within 15days of disconnection at a charge of Rs20.
3) 9:25AM 18 MAR
Dear Customer, if you dont use your phone for 90 days you will be charged Rs20 for extension of non usage period by 30 days, subject to your bal.rs.20
WTF .Every time it sends.
It’s out of limit now.
