If you delay one day to make the payment, without your consent the graduates from IIN working in Idea will start following up for payment. Although round the corners of the cities and prominent places, bill collection centres are opened, I had an unique experience with Idea show room when I went to make the payment.
My due date for payment is 3rd of every month. I walked near the Idea show room near paradise circle. I said I wanted to make the payment, the store manager immediately responded, we do not accept payment. I thought may be network is low. but forgot the engineer might have studied from IIN without internet he might not know how to operate.
Today the world is internet. Google is there for everything. I thought of making payment through internet. To my shock, my account was linked to corporate account! Oh God - I understood that studying through IIN, you can link any private account to corporate! Hope the bills are not private.
I lodged a complaint with customer care, I got a response that within 11 hours, the backed team would resolve the case. I received an email acknowledgement. The funny thing is that, they open and close the complaint without customer knowledge! effect of studying in IIN?
I once again thought why not pay cash in the show room. The shop keeper responded, we dont accept any cash .! I though may be he has just enrolled in IIN
Today, my incoming calls are bared. Thank God I have another number and both numbers are registed with my friends, company or else they would have started approached IIN to search!
