I haven’t seen any worst company than idea.
Yesrerday I kept my mobile switched off for 2 hrs and then when I switched it on I got a message saying you have been charged Rs. 5 two times.
When I called customer care for the same I was said that you have dialled * 123#
Now god knows if my cellphone knows how to type * 123# and call ??????
