I have faced problems with idea, I had a number with idea for which the bill was paid, the total bill was 2336 how ever as I was not aware the exact amount to be paid I bluntly paid 2300 rs and, as was not using the number did not care much about it, when I thought of using the number and used the sim in my new mobile I got to know that the number was disconnected permanently, when I went to idea care they said the number cannot be reinstated and was disconnected for not paying 36 rs what a great thing idea people have done
