The network coverage of an idea will be across all over india but mainly it covers cities or urban areas but several places of rural areas are not covered in india this makes idea bad, because when iam travelling for chattishgarh when I was reached their then I seen that here in rural areas it does not gives good network coverage and also it does not covered several rural areas.
Although it gives good customer service but not best and its charges are high call rates and message packs and it does not gives good offer of net packs.
Overall I will say that "An idea which gives quality before is good then now".
